Our apartment host Alison takes great pride in a friendly, helpful and prompt service so was saddened to read your comments. As we are serviced apartments, our check in system is slightly different to a hotel or b&b. We request that guests provide an estimated time of arrival so that Alison who lives onsite can be ready to welcome you and show you to your apartment. As you mention you were slightly later than the arranged time and Alison was on the phone to another guest at the time. We do understand that after a long journey guests are keen to get into their apartment so we do apologise for any delay. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. My relatives who live locally will be recommending it to their visitors in future. eco sober house apartments are very spacious and well appointed. They are located close to the Hoe and within walking distance of the Barbican.

Being a stone’s throw away from the historic Plymouth Hoe and only a 5 minute walk from the Barbican with an abundance of restaurants bars and entertainment. Very close proximity to town centre and all transport links including Plymouth train station and ferry ports. oven, no pyrex dishes, no bowl, no small vegetable knife, tv remote not working .
